How we capture stunning venues
Planning
Wedding drone videography requires careful preparation. We start with a consultation by phone, video call or in person to understand your venue, timeline and vision.
Once details are confirmed, we take care of all drone-specific planning, including flight permissions and airspace checks. Our drone operators are fully licensed and insured, and we prioritise safety for guests, staff and the public at all times.
The big day
We time our arrival to complement your schedule, typically spending 3-4 hours on-site (1-2 hours in the air) capturing a mix of video and photography.
While we’ll aim to highlight the venue and location, we also recommend having the wedding party and guests outdoors where possible. This allows us to capture stunning aerial moments featuring the bride, groom and celebrations as well.
Delivery
Your raw pictures and video footage will be delivered via secure cloud transfer within 10 working days.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. We operate fully insured drone services with licensed pilots and CAA-compliant procedures.
We obtain the required flight permissions from venues and local authorities in advance. Share your venue details with us, and we’ll confirm feasibility.
Drone filming is weather-dependent, with wind and rain being the main limitations. If conditions prevent flying, we’ll be as flexible as possible and attempt to rebook close to your wedding date.
If drone capture isn’t possible for any reason, we’ll refund your booking in full.
We recommend booking around 12 months in advance, but feel free to enquire anytime — even up to a week before your wedding date.
Drone coverage can be booked alone or combined with full wedding videography and/or photography.
It’s not unusual to add drone support as an extra, whether it’s because your chosen videographer or photographer doesn’t provide this service, or they can’t find time for both on the day.
Yes. While we’re centrally based with easy access to Cheshire and Greater Manchester, we photograph weddings all over the UK.
Absolutely — destination weddings are available (additional costs apply).
Travel is charged at 50p per mile. Accommodation may be required for distances over 30 miles. All travel expenses will be itemised in quotes and invoices for clarity.
We accept bank transfers and cash payments. A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your wedding day.
