Consultation & planning
We begin by discussing your brand tone, wardrobe guidance and intended uses for the images — whether for websites, LinkedIn, PR or marketing materials. Together we decide whether studio-style, on-location or environmental portraits will best represent your team.
We then schedule timings, confirm locations and plan any backdrops or lighting setups. For larger teams we create a clear timetable to keep sessions efficient and ensure the day runs smoothly (make sure to share this schedule with everyone in advance).
The shoot
The shoot itself is relaxed, professional and efficient. Our photographers are skilled at putting people at ease, helping capture natural smiles and confident posture.
As a small, dedicated team, you’ll have direct communication throughout the session. We guide posture, expression and camera angles to ensure consistent portraits across your team. Individual corporate portraits typically take only a few minutes per person.
If planned in advance, we can also capture environmental portraits and architectural details during the same session — creating a broader marketing image library from a single booking.
Post-production & delivery
Images are carefully retouched to maintain natural skin tones while removing temporary distractions.
Final files are delivered via secure download and optimised for LinkedIn, websites, brochures and press packages, making them easy for marketing and communications teams to use immediately.
