Why choose professional drone coverage?

Online listings compete on imagery. Ground shots show interiors and details; aerials provide context, such as proximity to neighbours, garden size, parking, access routes, roof condition and surrounding landscape. When executed properly, drone imagery helps properties sell, giving buyers and investors clarity before they book a viewing.

Unlike hobby pilots, Jolley Productions delivers a fully professional service: CAA-compliant operators, public liability insurance, planned flight paths, consent handling and a cinematic eye for framing. Whether you need drone real estate videography for a premium home or aerial photography for a commercial site, we tailor coverage to your brief.

What drone imagery helps you achieve

Mountain and sun visualising a full-view image.

Our drone services

We provide end-to-end aerial photography and video across the UK residential and commercial markets.

High-resolution aerial stills suitable for portals, brochures, inspection reports and online galleries. We capture multiple angles and altitudes to give agents and sellers a strong selection of marketing-ready images.

Cinematic aerial sequences optimised for web and social use: short hero clips for listings, longer walkthrough-style sequences for virtual tours, and wide shot establishing footage for sales videos.

Combined aerial and ground footage for estate agents and developers that shows the full context of a property. Includes cinematic camera movement, contextual reveals and footage ready for voiceover or captions.

Coverage for retail parks, industrial estates, office campuses and new developments. We handle complex sites and multi-building compositions to support leasing, marketing and stakeholder communication.

Many clients choose a combined package, opting for aerial stills for listings and short video edits for social and digital campaigns. Planning, permissions and post-production are included.

—Glenda Miller

Stylish media room with dark grey modular sofa, patterned wallpaper, and large windows overlooking greenery.
Excellent. Chris took pictures of the house as part of the sale process. Before that, I was with another agent for 5 months and hardly any viewings, but once Chris waved his magic, I had a viewing in the first week, and the house sold in 2 weeks. What else can I say? Thanks Chris

—Muhammad Akram

Sleek interior featuring a beige stone fireplace, large TV, plush velvet sofas and mood lighting.
I am absolutely delighted with Chris’s exceptional service. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly complimentary of our home, respectful, and polite.
The photographs were stunning, highlighting the best features of our home, and our chickens got a photoshoot too!
It was a genuine pleasure having Chris in our home, and we wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone looking for a photographer.

—Kelly Gore

Bright, modern dining space with skylight roof, feature lighting, and garden-facing floor-to-ceiling glass doors beside a minimalist kitchen island.

The standard of Chris’s photos of our home when it went for sale were so good that on the very day they went live online we secured three viewings for the following day. Chris gave us good advice of what items would be best included and excluded from the photos for best results. We also enjoyed some ‘technical’ banter with Chris which brought out his knowledge and passion for photography. Watching him work it was evident that he has a clear desire to achieve perfection with patience and a keen eye. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism and the pride he takes in his work. We are sure that whoever uses his services will be very satisfied with the results.

—Rosemary Mascarenhas

Living room with soft furnishings, wooden furniture, and a wide bay window offering views of a quiet street.

We spent an afternoon with Chris during which he took photos of our property to launch on the market. Chris was outstanding in every way. He was friendly, respectful, professional and just really lovely to chat to for a few hours. He is also a genuine artist; his attention to detail, creativeness and photographer’s eye meant we had a stunning set of property photos in our inbox the morning after. He captured our house at its finest and we had an offer within seven days. We would never hesitate to recommend. Thank-you Chris!

—S K Cross

Traditional living space with red carpet, antique furniture and wood-panelled walls lit by large sash window.

Chris did an excellent job of taking marketing photos of our house. It has previously been for sale with another agent, and the difference between Chris’ photos and the ones taken with a “giraffe” were night and day. Do not be fooled by others’ sales patter, there is nothing better than a professional taking photos.

Rear view of a Georgian-style brick home with a pool, garden furniture, and well-manicured lawn surrounded by trees.
There are many run-of-the-mill photographers around today who take unidimensional photos that do not project their vision or enhance the important details that make a property stand out in the competitive market.
Chris does everything to the highest possible standards and goes above and beyond to capture the true essence of your well-loved homes. Often, picking out details you would overlook and projecting them with style and a keen eye for detail.
With his obvious technical ability and flair for the creative, Chris will only bring his best. This comes with a stamp of authenticity and quality and some of the best customer experiences I have ever had the pleasure of witnessing.
