An Architectural Masterpiece
There an impressive level of architectural knowhow and industrial engineering in this home. For instance the large heated swimming pool isn’t on the ground floor but way up on the second floor of the house. Just think of that suspended weight of water alone.
Up there in the attic, you’ll also find a sauna, jacuzzi, gym, en-suite facilities and a master bedroom! Luxury living at its finest. It would certainly have been easy to stay fit during lockdown, living here.
Do a few lengths of the pool then chill out poolside with a view of your own garden. Nice.

Does this spotless & contemporary open-plan kitchen come living room take your fancy? There’s lots of architectural detail to enjoy throughout this property although perhaps my favourite for its novelty value alone is the lift (for when you’ve burnt yourself out in your own gym).
The devil’s in the detail with these extra narrow windows and skylights. They subtly flank one edge of the kitchen to improve natural light and the quality of space.
Of course who would say “Dr No” to a high-spec cinema room featuring some great James Bond wall art. Complete with integral ceiling projector and lighting.
Blue and yellow, two primary colours that naturally sit well together.
Never tried out a pod seat before but they look like a great place to read a book such as Bravo Two Zero by Andy McNab.
The cascading split-levels of this house create a fantastic flow whilst the open-plan central hallway gives a great sense of space.
The solid glass panel bannister enhances the open plan feel whilst adding some contemporary interior style.
Lampshades are often an afterthought in terms of how they influence the light source, but this ceiling lamp is a nice example of how you can create pattern and texture with light cast, in this case also mirroring some of the wallpaper pattern.
